The 2nd Monday @7:00 PM, with refreshments and socializing at 6:30 PM. We are located just off I395 Exit 80. Go East on Rt 82 about 1.5 miles, turn right, next to Chelsea Groton Bank on the corner of West Main St and Osgood St. Church is at the top of the hill.

Monsignor William Baldwin Council was founded on May 16, 2000 through the efforts of Ray Stewart DD, PGK, Mike Pradel PGK, Rev Barry Meehan, Rev Ernest Passaroas as well as many others. It is named after Monsignor William Baldwin, who was a Parrish Priest who is accredited for St Peter & Paul Church's significant growth. He bought land behind the Church to build a school and recreation center and a ballfield for the children of the church. Sadly his vision of the school ended when the rec center burned down the night before it opened. He had the Outdoor Stations of the Cross installed on the hillside behind the church and the ball fields below that, which are still there.
The Monsignor William Baldwin Council works closely with St Peter & Paul Church and have a round table with St Joseph Church and St Patrick Cathedral. We also support the Joseph School in Norwich, providing funds for various projects.
